The founders started their journey in the very remote rural agriculture family in Northern Part of India know for it’s delightful food. Our History goes back to 1930 when we started growing Chilies and Selling direct to the consumers market which further expanded by including other spices to the portfolio.
In 1980 we started a domestic spices mill to process these spices and supplying has been our bread and butter which expanded to other spices, grains and herbs this expertise and intense knowledge has been inculcated into the our blood streams.
In 2018 third generation who acquired higher education in Food Science and Management and worked with globally renowned Food Industries at Leadership positions in India and abroad founded Shandi Ingredients to share the Heritage knowledge and acquired scientific and business acumen to the world by Innovating, Producing and Serving food Industries and Retail consumers with ingredients which are Indulging yet Healthy.
